Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Unless otherwise agreed, upfront payment or 12 monthly payment plan is required. You enter into the Mentoring Program with the understanding that the you are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. In this regard, there are no refunds available for sessions utilised.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing your mentoring package, you will be provided with your own unique booking link. Additional mentoring sessions can be booked here.
Can I purchase mentoring more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of additional mentoring, you can book further sessions.
Are the sessions confidential?
Our Mentoring Program relationship is completely confidential. The Personal Coach Mentor recognises that you may disclose future plans, business affairs and personal and financial information. The Personal Coach Mentor will not at any time, share this information with a third party and will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information for the Personal Coach Mentor's own benefit.
